PEAK WHEN IT COUNTS TRAINING SESSIONS

KEEP CHECKING IN FOR FUTURE TRAINING


Every Thursday 5:30pm throughout Brevard. (optional workout)
Every Sunday LSD at Oars and Paddles, Indian Harbour Beach, at an early hour of 6:30am, Water will be placed at 2.5, 4 & 5 mile markers.

Following you will find a list of dates and places where we will meet throughout the 2010 Training Season. It is very important that you meet with us on a regular basis in order to see the results you think you want. We test and train, then test again. I want to be able to always answer your questions. If I don’t have an answer right away, I will get it for you. My goal is to help you accomplish yours while accomplishing mine. I want you to recognize your weaknesses, so you can make them your strengths. And I want to make your strengths even stronger. I want us both to have FUN!

Our training philosophy is based on Periodization. Come learn about training overload and proper progression. We will formulate the correct progression for your running GOALS..

Group workouts will be held every Tuesday evening at 6:00PM throughout Brevard County and Saturday or Sunday mornings at various locations in Brevard County.
